How’s Your Sex Drive? Do You Need More

I may be a bit crazy and maybe not but what does sexual intercourse have to do with Heart Health? Lots in fact. Why is my first heart health blog written on sex? Well, that will be revealed later in the post.Most people by the time they die will have had at least one good experience. If your one of the lucky once then you will have married someone who knows how to please you. So why is that people still don’t take care of themselves? What keeps people wanting to live a fuller life and yet desire to sit around and be couch potatoes. Worse yet, eat foods that they know are unhealthy and bad for their hearts and health? Just questions that I ponder sometimes.Most people still believe that exercise is to much work, they don’t have enough time, can’t fit it into their schedule or can’t be bothered. That’s O.K. why waste a good thing during the day when you can wait for your partner and gain just as much health benefits having sex as you would exercising for an hour.  Well, for a lot of people they don’t have a high sex drive or none at all so waiting for your partner is useless.Proper nutrition is the key to a healthy sex drive.Both men and women produce testosterone and libido, both needed to produce a healthy sex drive.
